GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS
When making a hotel reservation through the reservation platform of SENEKO EOOD, located on the hotel's website (www.aquamarine.bg), the general terms and conditions described in this text apply. If there are promotional prices available, additional payment conditions and cancellation policies may apply, which are part of the description of the specific offer.
The prices for hotel accommodation, offered at the time of reservation in the "Reservations" section, are valid only at that moment. They are subject to change and depend on the hotel's occupancy. In the event of an unforeseen situation, SENEKO EOOD reserves the right to refuse the confirmed and paid reservation.
PRICES
Prices and offers for hotel accommodation are subject to change at any time and may be influenced by the hotel's occupancy in different seasons. All prices listed in the reservation platform include VAT. The final price for your stay is guaranteed upon completion of the reservation process and receipt of confirmation with a reservation number and prepayment. In case of any detected abuse, SENEKO EOOD reserves the right to cancel the confirmed and paid reservation.
The selected final price includes accommodation for the specific room, tourist tax, and VAT. If you avail of additional services not included in the description of the selected room type and offer (such as parking, minibar, and others), these services should be paid on-site at the hotel. Promotional prices cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. The prices do not include commissions for tour operators or other intermediaries.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY AT "SENEKO" LTD
To confirm your reservation, you are required to make the specified deposit payment as indicated in the reservation form or offer. You can make the payment using a credit card or bank transfer. Only after the deposit payment is received, your reservation will be considered guaranteed. Bank account details for payments in BGN and EUR are provided in the confirmation of your reservation. "SENEKO" LTD accepts payments with BORIKA, VISA, and MasterCard bank cards.
You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 14 days prior to the check-in date, unless stated otherwise in the offer. After this deadline, in the event of cancellation, the guest will be obligated to pay a penalty equal to the price of the first night's stay. If you fail to show up for your reservation, the penalty will be equal to the total prepaid amount, unless otherwise specified.
When refunding a paid amount, all transfer expenses (bank fees and others) are borne by the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are processed within a 30-day period, depending on the payment method. The amounts will be refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card information is used solely by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in at Hotel "Aquamarine" is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM). If you arrive before this time, we will try to accommodate you based on room availability. Check-out from the hotel room should be done by 11:00 (11:00 AM). If you wish to leave the hotel after 11:00 AM, please inform us in writing or contact the reception in advance. This will be confirmed by the hotel (if possible), and an additional fee should be paid at the reception. Hotel "Aquamarine" does not guarantee late check-out availability.
PARKING
Paid parking is available on the hotel premises. In case of limited parking spaces, our staff will guide you to the nearest paid and/or free parking areas.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, except in designated outdoor areas. In case of violation of this rule, a fee of 200 BGN will be charged for additional cleaning and refreshing of the room.
PRIVACY POLICY
"SENEKO" LTD acts as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act and processes the user's personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations related to the user's reservation.
The privacy policy of "SENEKO" LTD governs the type of information collected from users, the methods of collection, and the purposes of its use.
Provided personal data is fully protected and used for marketing analysis and better understanding of users' needs to improve the quality of the service provided. Without users' personal data, the online reservation system could not be used for making reservations.
"SENEKO" LTD does not disclose the user's name and email address provided during the reservation process to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
